Dr. Morgenstern got her start as a veterinary assistant at RPAH in the 1990s. After earning her DVM at Cornell University, Dr. Morgenstern worked in emergency medicine. She returned to RPAH as a veterinarian in 2018. In her free time, Dr. Morgenstern enjoys ice hockey and gardening. Her menagerie includes Trumansburg the bloodhound, Murphy the cat, Elvis the king snake and Sir Paul the crested gecko.

Dr. Victoria Homfeld, DVM, is a dedicated veterinarian specializing in small animal care. Dr Marilyn Olds Is a 2010 graduate from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in Massachusetts. She has practiced small animal, emergency and exotics veterinary medicine throughout the United States (Michigan, New Mexico, Tennessee, and New York). She is excited about many aspects of veterinary medicine but takes particular interest in small mammal, reptile, avian, and fish medicine and surgery. A Licensed Veterinary Technician, Dani graduated from Suffolk Community College in 1997 with an associate’s degree in veterinary technology. She previously worked full time at an animal hospital for 8 years and did some part-time work at yet another animal hospital. Dani has been at Rocky Point Animal Hospital for 7 years and loves her job helping animals with the rest of the RPAH family.

Melinda has been with the Rocky Point Animal Hospital for 4 years and could not be any happier. She loves being able to work at a place that she considers home, with people that are like my family. Getting to witness and be a part of the care and compassion our animals get is the most rewarding. She is also a teacher who enjoys exploring new places, meeting new people, and, of course, going for car rides with her pup.

Danielle joined our team in 2019 as a client service representative. She is currently attending Stony Brook University for Health Science. Before Danielle joined our team, she participated in a summer internship in Disney. She is a dog mom to Hunter and Arlo and loves all animals, especially giraffes. She used to play softball for 12 years and continues to do so in her free time.

Jill has been with us since 2006, having worked previously at another animal hospital as an assistant. In addition to her excellent technical skills with dogs and cats, Jill is also a talented and gifted “parrot wrangler”. She has a natural affinity and ability to handle all kinds of companion birds—skills that come in handy in her “Pampered Parrots” bird grooming business.

Natasha joined our team in 2015. She graduated Suny Delhi in 2009 and her hobbies include gardening and hiking with her pup Primus.

Shaena is a veterinary assistant who has been working for Rocky Point Animal Hospital for 4 years. She is an aspiring Veterinarian, currently enrolled at Stonybrook University to obtain her bachelor's degree in Biology. During her free time, she likes to rider her motor cycle around town, make You Tube videos and enjoys walks on the beach with her 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier named Julie.

Sierra joined our team in 2017 as a Veterinary Assistant. She has two dogs, Luca and Bently. Her hobbies include music, movies, and competitive card tournaments.
